Sieun (Hangul: 시은; also known by her full name Park Si-Eun) is a South Korean singer and actress currently under High Up Entertainment. She is the main vocalist and one of the current leaders of the girl group STAYC.

Career

2014-2020: Acting Career

In February 2014, Sieun made her debut as an actress through EBS's drama Pluto Secret Society. She would go on to appear in the movies Love Forecast and Golden Slumber as well as television dramas such as Signal, Criminal Minds, Still 17, Everything and Nothing, and Mystic Pop-up Bar.

September-November 2020: Debut with STAYC

On September 8, 2020, Sieun was revealed as the first member of STAYC. Her prologue film was released on October 12. The group officially debuted on November 12 with their first single album "Star To A Young Culture".

April 2023: Leader Position

On April 1, 2023, the members of STAYC announced through a Weverse Live that the group would have a new rotational leadership system: a different member(or members) would be the leader(s) for every comeback. Sieun, along with Seeun, is one of the two current leaders starting from April 2, 2023.

Personal Life

Family

Sieun is the eldest of her parents' two children. Her father, Park Nam-jung, is a veteran Korean singer who originally debuted in 1988. She has one younger brother, Park Si-woo, who was born in 2004.

At home, Sieun has a pet Black Poodle dog named Pomi.

Education

She attended SangMyung Elementary School and SangMyung Middle School . As of May 2022, Sieun is a student at ChungAng University.
