STAYC Wiki:Policies

Below is the policy of this wiki that all users should abide to.

Policy

1. Treat all forum members with respect.
2. No harassing or flaming.
3. Absolutely no releasing members personal information with out their expressed consent and informing the admins prior.
4. No spam.
5. No bullying (Targeting other members with malicious intent).
6. No trolling.
7. No threatening other members.
8. No offensive or sexually explicit usernames, display pictures, signatures, threads, or discussions in chatbox.
9. Making racist comments, bigoted comments, or hateful comments towards the forum, other fandoms, members, staff, yourself, or in general is not tolerated. Doing so will result in an immediate and indefinite ban.
10. No offensive/racist/harmful/suggestive usernames.
11. No duplicate accounts or sockpuppets allowed.
12. No over-swearing (swearing in a form of spam/ making others uncomfortable).
13. No posting paid for content.
14. You must be at least 13 years old to own an account. If you are caught under 13 by Wikia, you will be blocked globally.
15. Do not advertise anything not related to STAYC or create any promotional articles. This wiki is not a free-advertised site for you to create an account and start promoting the site of selling stuffs or fan-site of someone here. Wikis are created for providing knowledge for people, not for promoting or advertising.  If you want to affiliate with us or promote another website, please contact our Administrators.
16. In order to become an admin, you must contribute to the site every three days minimum, and you must follow all the policiess.

Articles

1. General: We want the articles to be accurate as possible, so if there is any information you are not sure of, please do not add it. Inform an administrator!
2. Do not erase information or remove content unless the information has been proven false. If you do so unnecessarily, it will be considered vandalism and you WILL be blocked immediately.
3. Do not create unnecessary pages that have nothing to do with STAYC.
4. Try to keep comments civil, respectful, and on-topic. Off-topic comments may be removed.
5. Bold the topic phrase of each page. For example, if the page is titled "Sumin", the first "Sumin" would be bolded.
6. Add categories to pages. This helps keep our pages organized and easy-to-find.

Song Articles

• Copy translations of STAYC songs from a trustworthy website. Do not use translations from Google Translate, due to the inaccuracy of the software itself.
• Please credit the website which you got the translations. Some translators would love to have their work appreciated.

Image Policy

• Do not upload images that are inappropriate or offensive. If you do so, they will be marked as vandalism.
• Do not upload images that don't pertain to STAYC, do so in profiles only!
• Make sure images are not blurry, unless on purpose.
• Do not upload the same image again and again. If an admin finds out, they will be removed immediately without warning.

Image Naming

When naming images: If the image is a concept/promotional teaser, please put the members' name, the album name, "concept teaser", and then the image number. I.e: Sumin STAYDOM Concept Teaser (1) If the image is an album cover, you can do it one of two ways: STAYDOM Album Cover or STAYDOM digital album cover. If the image is an SNS update, put the date, name of member, SNS website (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc), and the word Update. I.e: 201130 Sumin Twitter Update

Overall, make sure that your image name is short and simple to remember.
